    Frequently Asked Questions

How can I contact Feeling Scorned?
It is very easy! Just go to our Contact page and use the Contact form provided. We would love to hear from you!

What do the cards look like?
In short, the cards are in black & white and look like a card that you can purchase in any card shop. The main difference is here you have the option to purchase a physical card or send it as an e-card along with personalizing it with your own text (up to 255 characters).

How much do the cards costs?
Please visit our Cards page, where our prices are listed.  You can also order multiple cards of your choice at a discount in assorted packs.

If I want to purchase physical cards, what are shipping costs?
Actually, the more cards you purchase, the cheaper it is to ship. Please visit our Shipping page for details.

What is your return policy?
We want your order to be perfect so we do our best to ensure that your card is in perfect condition when mailed, but sometimes cards can experience some bumps and bruises during transit. Since all our cards are sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS), it is beyond our control how the mail is handled and no refund or re-send is offered.

All shipments will be made using the United Sates Postal Service (USPS) First Class mail with delivery confirmation. If at any time a shipment is not received, please contact us.  We will research the claim and respond back to you within 48 -72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If a claim cannot be resolved we will send a replacement order to you.

How can I pay for my purchase and is it secure?
All our payment transactions are handled by PayPal who accept most major credit and debit cards. Your security is also important to them (believe me, we know -- we use their services when we make personal purchases as well). Please visit the PayPal website and read more about their security.

Since your payment transactions are handled directly through PayPal, please direct all inquiries related to card transactions to PayPal or your credit card/ debit card issuing bank.

To reinforce how secure PayPal is, we do not receive or retain any information pertaining to your credit/debit card or credit status.

Can I send e-cards?
Yes, you can!
Just choose the card you would like to send and select the “Send An E-Card” option. Not only will you send the exact card with it’s wicked saying, we also allow you to add your own “two-cents” to the card (maximum 255 characters).  We do not condone and we ask our patrons to refrain from adding harassing, threatening and/or abusive messages to the personalized content.  Please read our Terms of Use & Privacy Policy for more information.  By sending our cards you are agreeing to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as stated herein.

Please remember that you must provide a valid e-mail address for you as well as the recipient, as your own address is used as the sender address. No support is provided in case of problems with collecting an e-card.

Also, we (Feeling Scorned nor its affiliates) take no responsibility whatsoever for the text that the sender adds to the greeting card(s) in the personal message.

How will I know if you have sent the e-card?
Immediately after emailing the card you will automatically receive a confirmation email that your e-card has been sent to the recipient email address provided.
